Roots began as a response to a familiar frustration — aesthetic care that treated the surface in isolation from the body it belonged to. We wanted a place where an injector, a nurse practitioner and a longevity clinician could share one chart and answer the same question: what is this person actually trying to feel like?

The house sits in Channelside, in a room designed to feel less like a clinic and more like a private studio. Consultations are unhurried. Plans are written to the person in front of us — never to a menu. Every protocol is tied to bloodwork, imaging, or a baseline we can measure the next visit against.

The result is a small, deliberate practice where aesthetics, hormones, peptides and metabolic care live under one roof — and where the goal is never a look, but a longer, better-feeling life.
